Adam The Gimbel:
nooz

7.11.01
Frankly, the staff here at Adam The Gimbel Inc hasn't had much to do since Adam decided to be a bit more communal and be a part of an actual rock "group". We're running out of personal posessions of Adam's to sell on ebay just to pay our salaries. Though he hasn't played a solo show since he opened for Frank Black last December, that hasn't completely stopped him from doing various self-centered projects....

************************

Yes folks, Adam has let go of his ego somewhat and is now co-fronting a band. In early December, shortly before his gig opening for Frank Black (went great, thanks for asking!) and the Cover Me Badd show (tuning problems and two broken strings but the end ROCKED), Adam started trying out band members and had a four piece band together by January. Even when he weaseled his way onto a gig headlined by David J (Love & Rockets, Bauhaus), Adam was kind enough to make it a duo show with Rookie Card co-singer John Andrews. Check rookiecardthemovie.com for any Rookie Card goings on. ATG still hopes to do the occasional solo show and put more solo stuff up on his mp3.com page.
